Got gifted some littles, help!

Me again. After posting about my 5 bigger chickens where 4 turned out to be cockerels, I figured I’d see if anyone could tell me what these 2 are looking like. I got gifted them and I’m not sure what breed or gender they are or if you can tell at this age. They’re about 8-9ish weeks, the previous owner couldn’t remember exactly. Tried to get good pics but they’re fast! Any input would be greatly appreciated!

The black and white one is an Olive Egger or mix and a cockerel. The blue one may be a Sapphire Gem and is a pullet.

The owner did say that the black and white one has silkie in it, the 5 toes threw me off when I got them I’m a total noob

If the cockerel is a mix, then there's a good chance the pullet is mixed, too.
