Got my coop put back up!!!

So did you feel that 5.2 quake that hit just to the east of Kodiak early Friday morning?

Gald it's on it's feet! Boy, and not even an offer of help by the neighbors! I can understand if they can't see your yard, but to be right next to it?

I didn't feel the quake. But then, I'm a pretty sound sleeper. My exchange student felt it and several friends of mine.

Thanks, Silkie! I just tucked everyone into bed and for the first time they didn't want to got to bed, they were so happy to be back in their coop.

The ducks went right to bed and then I gathered the chicken eggs from the nest box. The hens kept zipping back out of their bedroom though and when I bent over to grab one of them up I broke an egg in my pocket, darn it! It was worth it to see my babies in their home though.
