you cant just get rid of him. Why not keep a rooster in your flock, he will guide your chickens, feed them and protect them.
I got a 1 month old rooster when i bought my first 2 grown egg layer hens, they pecked him all the time on free range and in the night he was sleeping seperatly. Now he have grown up and forgot everything about that hate and pecking from those hens, he feeds them and protects them. I believe the same would apply for any rooster. The hens fertilized eggs are as fresh and healthy as the not fertilized. Some day you might decide to incubate them and populate your flock.
If there is a chance for this rooster to stay around, keep him. You will not regret it.
