They have been on for about a week and half for the Coturnix Coop #1. I have gotten four eggs...ugghhh. I have been hearing crowing and there seemed to be a lot of it. So now that they have been on the lights I did the vent thing. From Coop #1 and if I properly identified them
I have 22 girls that have been dealing with 29 boys(until tonight). I got them separated and will make sure I hear no more crowing from coop #1, then I will pick out 4 or 5 boys to return to PARADISE
Then the girls can get those eggs rolling.
i setup lighting on coops #2 & #3 tonight and as soon as I hear them crowing it will be a repeat of tonight. Then hopefully I can pickle some quail eggs
Didn't have any beer and that is why one little lady crapped on my leg...
