so i got home early and went down to the 'puter to check email and noticed the fire pit that they have been roosting on had some egg shapes in it. low and behold there were 2 eggs. thin shells, one of which was punctured. the shells were almost pliable. both the same color. im just happy it has started. i think it may be the speckeled sussex as she has been sqautting when petted for about 2 weeks. i was gone all w-end riding my motorcycle so i am not sure how old the eggs are. but they were not there when i left thursday afternoon.
