It didn't take too long to get them and they are pretty inexpensive, cheapest I've found actually.
pips&peeps sells shipping boxes but I don't know how much she charges.

Shipping boxes for eggs? Did you try USPS flat rate boxes? They're free. (and UPS will take them).
