Got this chick as a pullet... But is s/he a cockerel?

About 6 weeks ago, we got a 7 chicks. This is Emma, who is either a runt or a cockerel, so his name is now Emmett.

Emmett's lost most of his baby fuzz, but didn't get feathers in. Instead he's just bare. He also has thicker legs and a larger comb. He's a Partridge Rock.

What do you think? These pics were taken 3 or 4 days ago.

That's interesting, I've never seen that before (it might be common but I'm still new as well!). I'm thinking he might be a boy though. Pictures of his comb would help

Legs and comb at that age make me think cockerel.
