I think that any time you get chicks, even if they're sexed at the hatchery, you need a good Plan B for any unwanted roosters you might get. It's tempting to give them all names right from the start and get otherwise attatched to them as individuals, that makes it all the more difficult to get rid of them if they turn out to be unwanted roosters.
Try all the free/low-cost advertising sources in your area, CraigsList, FreeCycle, other online message boards, real bulletin boards at your feed store & animal care places. There's a section of this forum for Buy/Sell/Trade, maybe you could find a BYCer in your area. Also check the Where are you /Where am I section to find nearby members.
You can also try tucking $20 bills under their wings, maybe then folks will be more interested in your roosters.
You may be fortunate to find some of the few available positions for a rooster as a pet or flock husband. You may also have to adopt a "don't ask/don't tell" position with folks who want the roos as dinner guests. There really are far more roosters, really around 90% more, hatched than can ever find non-food employment. I wish you success with your search.
