Gotta wash my eggs?

so far only a few have come out dirty, I wash those lightly, but not the others. I dont even remember to was them before I use them figuring that they are getting cooked and any bad bacteria would be killed. Maybe I should though...

I'll either wipe mine off with a damp paper towel, use sand paper, or even just rub them on the gravel driveway, then again on my jeans if they have poo on them. As long as I'm cooking them, I'm not too concerned. When I made eggnog with raw eggs this Christmas, I washed them with hot water before cracking- not that hot tap water does a darn thing against poo bacteria, but it made me feel better.

I don't bother at all. We just throw them in fridge. A bit of poo here and there doesn't bother me. You throw away the shell when all is said and done anyways... If an egg is really nasty I don't even bring it in.
