Ar first we thought Ellie had bumblefoot but can someone with experience tell me if this looks like gout or some other kind of staph infection?
She jumps up on the roost but puffs up her feathers really big so I'm guessing she's in pain. She's walking around & will eat fresh berries from my hand but I have no way to tell if she's eating feed or drinking.
Any help is much appreciated.

There is no cure for gout in chickens. Many things can cause it, as are listed in the article above. Tart cherry extract is sometimes used in people, and a few threads here on BYC have had some people say that they have tried it to help relive pain.
