I'm in Tucson as well, just saw this one for sale and a good search only brought up this thread. Did you end up getting it?

I think it is a 1202 too. The 1202 comes with a wafer thermostat. My DH converted mine to a digital thermostat. The wafer thermostat was ok but the digital is much steadier. It also comes with a solid wood door. We also changed the door and put a see through one on ours. If the incubator is in good condition someone should grab it up. It is a good price...
