Manual Turning In An Automatic Incubator

I’m hatching duck eggs in my Maticoop X (20 capacity), although it only holds 16 duck eggs with the trays (18 if I have a few smaller ones). So I’m wondering if I could take the trays out to hold a higher capacity and manually turn them 3-5 times a day instead.

You sure can, I put some non slip shelf liner on the hatching floor to cushion eggs and keep them from rolling too.
