I am about to set 100 Quail Eggs in the paper trays provided by GQF with my cabinet incubator. I think I read somewhere that I am suppose to cut a small part off of each of the egg tray bottoms, so that air with get around the eggs better. Is this right? I have never incubated Quail eggs. I always do chicken eggs.

I called GQF to get the answer and the trays are suppose to have 1/4" cut off of each hole. This is to allow for air movement around the eggs.
