Grain weevils in scratch

Total newbie question. I have grain weevils in the scratch. Do I throw it out or still use it? Chickens eat bugs...but I don't want bugs in the food...

How many bugs are their? How much grain is their? Where is the grain stored? Try storing grain in closed vessels.

There are lots, probably thousands.
Probably about 40 pounds of grain we just got the bag a couple of weeks ago.
Stored in a 25 gallon rubber maid container with latching lid.

Has this happened to other bags of grain?
I think feed out this bag, That is too much grain to toss. Does you grain container have a rubber seal? If not try getting one that does.

That was my only bag of scratch. Feed is in a different container (same type) but doesn't have and bugs. Only the scratch is having problems.

Try getting a different brand of scratch see if it gets the same problem.
