Grammar and spelling are a thing of the past!!!!

Has anyone read either the child's version, or the paperback version of Eats, Shoots and Leaves? That book (either version) explains rather well why grammar (not "grammer") and spelling are important. It's also done in a very humourous and entertaining way. Even one who is not grammarian (professional or otherwise) could enjoy either book.

Folks, we need to remember that people express themselves in different ways and it is not for any of us to be the grammar police. There are many here who have learning disabilities and are deeply hurt when these threads come up. Also there are those who don't really care what others think and they should also be left in peace and not made fun of. If you can understand the posts then great. If not or you don't want to deal, great too. Just close the thread.

I will say that although most threads on this topic get locked early on, so I am mostly impressed that it stayed civil as long as it did.
