The interchangable use of 'taste' and "flavor" ("flavour" for you Brits) bothers me. Cooking shows and commercials are horrible for this one. I end up shouting at the TV far more than any sane person should.
Adding peppers and cumin to chili will add alot of taste. Nope, it will add flavor and make it taste better.
