good evening all. Had to mix and roll the cookie dough into tubes last night. Then baked them today 52 dozen of them. It was all warm and melty and slushy today.

supposed to be pushing 50 tomorrow.

warmer then here. I cant imagine what 52 dozen cookies look like all pilled up together. My poor heart couldnt take it.

well I didn't do such a great job of making all my tubes of dough the same size some are bite sized and others 3 or 4 bites.
