I would love to design my own torture chamber. Cupboards are either too tall or 2 low . Counters too low, sink aint right. Microwave too tall. Dont need the stove . Its just taking up space. I would make everything built in. can opener , coffee pot next to the dang coffee and filters .

When my dad put in the kitchen in the old farmhouse, counter tops were put in 2" higher than standard. It was perfect for us taller than standard people. He did the same thing in the new house he built on the property.

when we first moved here the toilets were so low to the ground I felt I was falling . LOL Those got changed out to a high boy but the sinks in there are still horrid
