to much garlic just rips me up with heartburn. The country style sausage we make you only use 2 med cloves of garlic for 100 pounds of sausage.

been cooking them bones all this time and just reading recipe calls for the mother. Better late then never ? It taste gross . I also just added celery . If I wanted some for myself what would I add ? Its nasty greasy right now. Wish I had used the crock pot. I am making a lot. Used beef ribs and chicken thighs.

Don't bother with vinegar. Unnecessary and makes the house smell bad.

Jane, I want to know if any of your peeps helped you move that stuff and if not then its yours now right ? I just cant stop thinking about that. I have seen my DD do that a few times. I let it go and dont help with more . When she learned she had to buy for herself she starded trying to take better care of stuff. Last time I was over there I seen my kitchen towels hanging in her kitchen. She said they must of got mixed up when she did her laundry here. Someone gave her a bunch of those.
