No accounting for some people. It should be garlic!
Don't bother with vinegar. Unnecessary and makes the house smell bad.been cooking them bones all this time and just reading recipe calls for the mother. Better late then never ? It taste gross . I also just added celery . If I wanted some for myself what would I add ? Its nasty greasy right now. Wish I had used the crock pot. I am making a lot. Used beef ribs and chicken thighs.

to much garlic just rips me up with heartburn. The country style sausage we make you only use 2 med cloves of garlic for 100 pounds of sausage.
