I had a tuna sandwich from Subway yesterday. Sub of the day, so cheaper! Other than a salad and a lot of chocolate, that's all I ate yesterday. Still full!

too late . They went searching for the chicken from last night. My bone broth didnt turn out right. Its just broth. too much water but dogs didnt care. except Frosty, she acted like she didnt like it .

The bone broth will tastier if you roast the bones first. Get them nice and browned. It cooks off a lot of the fat too.
