Can you wrap a piece of chicken wire over the end of the lamp so they can't get that close?

I have a red floodlight over the roost bar in the Serama coop. They seem to be doing okay with it. Would rather they be more cold hearty so I don't use the 250 watt heat bulbs with them.

Or hardware cloth if you have it. That may hold up better & stay on the lamp better. Maybe crimp it on with pliers

Hope all is well, meds can have so many side effects. Getting a little extra sleep isn't so bad though.

Yea, as long as it does what it is supposed to do. We're just trying different meds till we land on something that works

I wish my dr would break down and give me valium. It helped me in 20 different ways including sleep.
