In for a thaw-out, winter gear in the dryer & boots on the heat register. Will head back out when clothes are dry. Enjoying a hot cup off coffee while trying to get warm. Temp is 5° but feels like -4° winds picked up just before I came in. We have 5 different roof lines that come together up there & that is without counting both sides where they join to the main roof. I got 1 small section done & the path cut thru the snow pile below. The snow is so deep that it is just exhausting trying to walk thru it, let alone getting it pushed off the roof. Really shows me how out of shape I am. Just about cried, my boot grippers wouldn't stay on my boots & for the life of me I couldn't get bent over enough to get them back on my boots. Finally got one on. Think I will take some shoe laces out with me & tie them dang things to my boots.

I think if I was destine to have a heart attack out there that I probably should have already had one. Mine is the breathing problems, they don't like the cold. So I must keep a scarf over my face & that causes me to huff & puff.

Yep, praying we don't have a winter like a few years ago. That year Rod had to use a wheel barrow to move the last piles out of the front yard in May.
