Wishing, were you on the phone when the hospital dr said I would need to come back ? I am wondering if they wanted to do more surgery ? If I need it done and Im thinking I do I sure would like to get Roberts name on the house .

No, I only recall a nurse being in the room, but I do remember you saying they wanted you back.
Just make sure Robert understands about the insurance and property tax or he won't have the house for long.

Best way is to add his name on the deed in whatever way will leave it to him should something happen to you. No probate needed. Will would be good too.
