Got to my ortho appt and they took my bp. 158/92. So then of course I had a panic attack. I have white coat syndrome but that’s still the highest I’ve ever seen.

In other news, foot is all healed and I’m done with appts. He told me to get better shoes.

That looks amazing. It will be good. I have no clue what i am making. Went from suppose to have tbones with my folks and sister to home with a sick kid... Should make chicken noodle
