I already have the litter box with the flap on it.
H20, I dont have anywhere to put a box that the dog cant go. My cat is old and cant jump.

new behavior for him. He stayed away last year and only approached where I was when I left. He was a big scardy cat.

I might try to tote one!!!! If I move Chalupas litter, im afraid he will poop in the Tortoise mansion.

these are nice. The homemade one wouldnt work. Cat is so fat. the hole would need to be much bigger.

I might try to tote one!!!! If I move Chalupas litter, im afraid he will poop in the Tortoise mansion.

have the tote next to the litter box for a few days with a pan of litter inside. That way it can be explored but still have the normal toilet area just in case.

That’s ok, get a big tote & make the hole bigger. Also duct tape a divider so the pan is blocked. So even if bandit sticks his head in he can’t reach the litter.

I have seen one where the hole is in the lid of the tote.
