That's what we call red of river clay here I think. Water won't drain through it and if you walk through it, you have to take your shoes off at the door unless you like red carpet.

Hope that place on your leg is not a staff infection. Sounds like one to me. Go to the Dr please. GD hadn't had a fever since 2am. Took a nap & woke with highest fever yet. 102.8*. She's been playing today so i'm hoping she has turned the corner. Please pray that dh doesn't get the flu as he will be by his self in Ohio.

Oh my grandma had a big yellow switch bush. You had to go out and pick your own. I never had to but my mom, uncles and brother had.
I picked mine too. My cousin watch and he never got one. He was a chicken. JK I never got another from him neither. WW2 vet. Very strict.

No. Felt bad we didn't have a pond for it so we took it to Pearls mom pond. I think acoyote may have gotten it now..Haven't seen it lately/

no staph infection. No fever, no rash no open wound or puss
