Well. Trial by fire. Let’s see how I feel about the new car after the commute.

I got my chicken wish list down to a more reasonable nine birds.

And then realized Murray mcmurray has a minimum order of fifteen. Sigh. ALL THE CHICKENS!!!

Well you never know how many will survive the trip.

And you have to wait for 15 until April. Before that 25.

I did love my mcmurrays birds though I git the ornamental layers. All female.

I can’t park worth a darn either I have no depth perception. I got lasik and have mono vision. One eye sees far and one see close.

My mom had two different eyes that way. So she used one to see far and one near. She got surgery and suddenly needed glasses to read. I will just wear my usual glasses.

Does your flex have good mileage? I still would like a Volvo station wagon one day. Or a Subaru outback

I’ll let you know at the end of the week. It’s not gonna get as good as my volvo wagon did that’s for sure. But then again it is a lot bigger and heavier.

Sadly the v50s (what I most recently had) aren’t holding value at all and are worth practically nothing and mine had trans issues. The not holding value doesn’t matter much to me - i’d Rather a car that I’m with for the long haul (womp womp) but the trans was starting to get concerning.

The waiting a few months isn’t a worry for me. I’m down with waiting a bit longer before I get my chickies. Let things settle again. But fifteen...yikes. I may have to set up a second coop

Good Mornings , Big ol hawk in the yard this am. First one I have seen. Landed on my grape umm, its not an arbor. just poles and wire.
