Basically the same. The yolk had a weird texture that I didn’t like. I’ll scramble them better next time. Or eat them as a sandwich.

Benny my ducks are muscovies dabble in the mud but weren’t at the pond. I’ll see if the taste changes once they’ve spent more time at the pond.

If you have there minnows that they can catch I think it will affect the taste. I think that they are batter if used in backing .

I know beets are good for us but they always taste like dirt to me.
