Granny you got me started down memory lane. He had such long beautiful curls. Always the happiest kid, unless he was furious. DD would gear up toward a mood or meltdown. She was 5 before she ever pitched a fit in public because we could see it coming and talk her through it or distract her. Not bubba. He was one or the other, and 100% of whatever it was. There was no inbetween, no gearing up for anything. He never got just a little cranky or grumpy; he was happy right up until he melted down.

Those pictures are priceless. Your little guy sounds like my first... one extreme or the other. When he woke up from a nap with a dirty diaper or was hungry, there was no fussing... there was screaming. Oh my. Since he was my first, I didn't know babies were any different. At least you knew how he was feeling. Never any mystery there.
