because both Beth and Arse are young. I really don't want 3 males around here. What I would really like is another pup out of Lu and possibly Yuri. That extends Arse's breeding usefulness.

I don't believe in breeding my girls until their body is fully mature and they 'look' like an adult springer is supposed to.
