Hi Kathy ! My turkey has swollen sinus . I have no way of weighing it and all the med I have is tylan inj. I gave it 1cc 2 days ago. I knew it wouldnt be too much but assume not enough. saying its half grown dont help. LOL swelling is between the eye and beak.

yes, you wouldnt want to give too much. Think about humans and what would happen if you took a whole bottle of antibiotics. your liver couldnt handle it. you would probably get a yeast infection. I dont know the true side effects but Im sure there there.

I know it kills good bacteria as well as the bad. So immune system would probably be shot too. and stomach would get the runs ..

did you take nice long naps ? If you od the yaks on fly poison it could hurt them way more then help.

so it is ok for you to take meds wrong but not the yaks ? I heard a song today got stuck in my head and dont even know it but was cracking up. something about a heart attack yak yak yak.
