Oh if i am hurting i stop. Or like now if i do squats or deep knee bends it hurts. So i don't do that. And i will take pills. He usually won't unless its killing him.

He talked to his Mom tonight. His Dad is not doing well. If he walks from the kitchen to the living room he is all out of breath. His heart must be getting worse. He has a pacemaker but they don't do much surgery for older people.
