does this tell you anything ?
  1. Instant yeast: 1 teaspoon = 3.1 grams; 1 gram = 0.32 (1/3) teaspoon.
  2. Table salt (not Kosher): 1 teaspoon = 6 grams; 1 gram = 0.17 (1/6) teaspoon.
  3. Diastatic malt powder: 1 teaspoon = 3.5 grams; 1 gram = 0.29 (between 1/4 and 1/3) teaspoon.

Yeah, good idea. You would have to guess which thing is closest to the weight of your vitamin powder. Then you need just under half a gram.
I'd go with the kosher salt measure...
I bet you'd be safe using half of an 1/8 teaspoon in a gallon of drinking water.

and thats what would go directly into one gallon of their drinking water ? It would last til expiration date like that
