Granny's gone and done it again

They sell it in a can and I am the only one that likes it. I do buy a head and quarter it when I make Robert a corned beef. Tom chows the potatoes I eat the cabbage and Robert takes care of the meat . LOL

well no waste and everyone is content CANT ask for much more then that

I used to scrape all my carrots til I tasted some that had only been washed and they were so much better so when I do have them I just wash them now.

oh and those roasted veggies I made from Jane were so good ! I used rosemary for the first time and became addicted. Dont remember what else . Salt Im sure

I usually peel mine as store bought can be "waxed" and then all the vegie trimming go to the hens or yaks. Yaks (at least some) like tater peelings
