This is the same neighbor who's husband rode over on his lawn tractor to inform me that he thought I wore the ugliest hat & that I needed to buy a new one. We have never had a problem with them other than getting frustrated with the dog situation. I started to laugh & then realized he was 100% serious. I honestly believe he might have dementia or Alzhiemer. I proceeded to tell him why I wore my fishing type hat. That my concerns of being out in the baking sun so much could cause some skin cancer & that I got too hot without my head covered. He said that I should at least switch to a baseball cap. Told him nope, needed my flaps to cover my ears & neck. Spent the rest of the summer having great pleasure of going out the front garage door anytime I went outside just so if he was watching he would see me putting on my ugly hat

I hope he doesn't have a gun. There was a guy near us in TN that had dementia, yet had a gun and drove. Very scary.
