The most significant difference between Northern Fowl Mites and Red Mites is that Northern Fowl Mites will spend their entire life on the chicken (they can only survive 10 days off a chicken). Treating the chickens and not the coop will never get rid of them.

the northen fowl mites wont get gone unless I treat the coop ?

Most likely not if you are still having a problem with them.
I would treat all birds and the coop and retreat in a few days.
I believe the NFM doesn't live as long as the red mite off of the bird but it still can live off of the bird.
