I'm surviving, seem to be in a funk this evening for some strange reason. Having troubles with my left hand, I have trigger thumb going on, plus just plain old carpel tunnel stuff. It hasn't been right since I broke the wrist. Then about a month & a half ago I went to grab my phone that was falling off the arm of my recliner & managed to hook my thumb up in my blanket. Reefing it backwards, was very sore for weeks. Was icing it & thought I was on mend, when I did the same thing to it trying to reach my grandson that was climbing up into my chair. It is very sore & at the joint it pops & there is a small knot at the base of the thumb. Seems to get more pronounced at night & when it's popping I feel pulling on my middle finger too. I just can't have this crap going on right now. The gardening season will be starting soon & I need 2 hands to do it. Sorry didn't mean for my post to be so long. Sorry that your back has been giving you fits, mine too.

I can’t remember what peach cost me. ‘Twas ten years ago. Think it was below 300 Canadian loonies Though for sure (I was rather broke at the time lol). But considering it covered her early shots, microchip and her spay when the time came, I considered it money well spent.

A ninja edit. Well after the fact cause everyone has gone to bed. I don’t begrudge honest rescues their fees. They have to house feed care for and vet these pets between surrender and their furever homes. But rescues that charge huge amounts while having practically unattainable requirements for the owners ...(old neighbor used to foster for a German Shepherd rescue down here. She told me a tale once where the adoption coordinator thought “they didn’t really want a dog then” cause the potential puppy parents had a preference for sex of their potential puppers. I’ve had others if you work, nope. Someone’s gotta be home with the dog 24/7.

I honestly would likely not have been able to get peach had my mom not done some foster work for the humane society she came from, since I was a single full time working person who rented.

Morning y’all. Forgot the outrageous thing I learned last week: birds are classified as reptiles. Has it always been this way? I thought for sure that reptiles are cold blooded, but when I googled to challenge all the info I got said birds are reptiles.

Wait what? I know there’s the theory link between dinosaurs and birds (insert meme about chick saying in my blood is the blood of the dinosaur rawwwr) but...
