you too !Well take care everyone be safe BBL![]()
I will be ok Misty. This hand stuff is just a complication of my broken wrist last fall. Where it broke, the tendon on the top side of my hand tore up a piece of bone. There is no fix unless surgery is done. They put you in a cast for 5 weeks, then splint/brace for 6 weeks. In the end its a matter of finding out if it was enough time to rest it or if you are going to have tendon trouble. As soon as I got my cast off I suspected that I might have more trouble with this break than I had with the same break to my right hand 5 years prior. I already have carpel tunnel problems with it, have for years. The problems I having now is causing grip problems, strength issues, the dropsy, pain & 2 of my fingers to have trigger finger/trigger thumb problems. I'm hoping that if I wear my splint constantly for a while that it will settle down by itself. This would be a horrible time of year for me to have to have surgery on it. Sorry, long winded again lol.Hope you feel better soon![]()
Nope I ain't no spring chicken. If everyone that wore a splint felt this way we would never get things doneLisa, you aint no spring chick. If you have to wear a brace you probably shouldnt be doing it.![]()
