What kind of brace did they give you ? They brought a couple out here and they didnt do squat.

I bought a neoprene one. Not sure it does much but reduce circulation and remind you not to over do things. I have a different one ordered for my other knee. I have learned not to kneel down like i used to, or sit on the floor.

the getting down isn't that tuff for me its the getting but up that's a killer
