Granny's gone and done it again

I looked back at your picks showing the bins... small chick bin had signs for Australorp, Langshan, Cornish Rocks, and Spangled Hamburg. The chicks were black w/yellow chest (Lorp), grey with leg fuzz (Langshan), light yellow (Cornish Rocks) and browinish with yellow heads had to be the Spangled Hamburgs. They are not Silver Hamburgs, but Golden Spangles Hamburgs.

BOOOOO.... I thought I seen some much lighter chicks in there then the grey she got ?

Thanks! How long do you harden them off? They’ve gotten their second sets of leaves and I’m getting impatient! But the NOMADS will be here in a week, and I could really just have everything ready by then. I have to remember that I’m still farther ahead than last year.
What projects are you going to ask them to do?

View attachment 1284222 Cap, here is a picture of the Premier heater plates. They have gotten much more affordable than they used to be. Mine is made by Brinsea, it was the first unit manufactored.
I like the plastic cover to prevent the poop piles on top.

I am so hungry tonight. I ate ham, cauliflower, baked potato and apple pie with ice cream but i am craving salt.
