Well you only use ice for 15 minutes then off 15 minutes. Frost bite is possible...

so Robert has a drs appt tomorrow with old GI I tried to get DD to take it and she said no. also her GI that she couldnt get in with. She said the vitamin patches and probiotics she is taking is helping her.
