Sounds like you could help her not just by putting gravy on her food, but also soaking it in hot water to soften and add in some eggs. She will get hydration, extra calories, and good fat.obviously the idiot vet I had hasn't read this

I buy canned gravy, mix it in hot water and let it soak up/soften befor giving it. Mine will do the same thing . Lick all the gravy off and leave little pebbles all over the place.
