LOL Thought I was talking to Twist for a min. I respect you a lot Alley.Every relationship I’ve had has been too controlling for what I want. They try to control who I talk to, what I eat, and how my time is spent. Not to mention they are too clingy. I shut em down early because I’m not wasting my time with someone that would never be forever. I like things a certain way and I’m not changing for anyone.
Yup & it never endsSo Dr. Brindle is holding an appointment for my breast biopsy on the 20th. They are waiting for a signed order from my primary doctor. They sent faxes to three different fax machines. I called the office. She is going to send it to the doctor. Just go find the paper and get him to sign it! Ugh. Red tape drives me nuts.

Ouch poor babyI’ve sold all honas but Lagertha and the six bitties. It work out best because I was tired of breeding them but knew I would miss them in the yard. I moved Jep in with the two Isabella leghorns and the only leghorn/legbar+leghorn that I have left from last year’s breedings. She’s Jim’s daughter and she has a crest and very floppy comb like her mother. Jep’s daughter (white EE) and Lagertha are also in that pen, temporarily. I would like to hatch from the white EE because she’s Cinder’s baby, but her eggs aren’t fertile. I think I’ll put her with Hank, the OE marans.
Pics are Jep’s healed wing (I circled the punctures) and his wattles from fighting through the crate.

Hey twist hope mama & pups are ok, hope you're doing okaythat is "a slippery slope" and not sure I want to "devolve down to their level"![]()
For years my FIL wouldn't even make a sandwich if MIL went out shopping. Never changed a diaper, they had 3 kids. And back then they boiled diapers! He worked and brought home the paycheck. She did everything in the house. You know, Tom is 80 and a multiple stroke victim. He does quite a bit, considering. But still, I don't know how a man can put a car together and then be so helpless in a kitchen.
It's very odd.
Hope today is betterTwist and I are kinda alike.
I just expect certain things that should be a no brainer.
