Sally, I guess it wont hurt to try your eggs for sure but doubt it will be til spring now as after you test them the cold will be here and the eggs will freeze. I wonder if hatching them wouldnt give them a better chance at a healthy life. Make sure they have the right feed as they need it , Ect.. who knows

Oh Granny eggs wont freeze I have heat packs 72 hour good ones too. Are you certain you dont have cocci in yer grounds granny?

DH called the LL about the tree, they said they might stop by to take a look, not sure if they did or not as DS and I did step out for a bit yesterday.......either way, if neighbor comes back or tree comes down I know we did our part in relaying the concern

Been going back and forth with kidney sister the last few days trying to talk her into letting me help her with the storm prep down at her place - she's a bit of a stubborn thing (must be genetic, lol), though, and insists she's okay -- just worried about her since mom is out of town (she is still in MT with moving sister). At least she's been having a good couple of weeks lately health wise so she is probably right in that she's good to go to do the stuff herself -- her kidney function has actually improved by a few points according to recent tests, luckily that won't take her off the transplant list, which was my first thought when I heard that, and it has definitely improved her quality of life, she was pretty sickly at the bottom point.

Definitely feeling this storm - pressure has settled into my head big time.......must mean it's time to seek out some caffeine, lol.

Dang Mare those are some SNAZZ curls.

I think any one of us with curly hair considered it the bane of our existence in our youth. I also have the thin curly hair - and to make matters awesome it was a genetic throwback a generation or two ago so my mom had no idea how to tame the dragon.

So my hubs is running off to a neighboring town (bout 45 minutes away) to deliver a car.

"Oh you want to come hang out at our place? I think (wife) needs to do some shopping"

Yeah. If I need to go to the grocery store, doing it during prime time with an almost four year old and a one and a half year old...and let my groceries sit at your place instead of taking them home (there's rarely fridge room)...and I just don't have energy for the kids today. Which is all I feel like. Here take my children
