They crawl on you at night, tear your clothes, poop & pee everywhere. I clean & clean but I don't think it's working

How is everyone ? I am doing ok. I fell asleep just as that woman come to get the kids. Dont ask me how I can fall asleep with kids blowing duck whistles but I did. I dont know what to do with that baby. I should of never let her sit. the eggs are so tiny they cant get in position.
