all the kids Easter egg hunts are canceled around here.
Camping, Bubba looks so cute with his tooth missing. LOL Was the tooth fairy good to him ? My GKs got teeth by 4 months and started loosing them by 4 yrs. It has been said the longer they keep the baby teeth the stronger their adult teeth will be.

He won’t put it under his pillow. So we’ll never know.

Mornings, or afternoon. LOL I dont know a thing about breed standards BUT I kept looking at the Shepherd and wondering what was wrong with their hind end. Back legs looked shorter then the front and not right at all.
Big snow on the ground this am. We have had more snow in the past 3 days of spring then we had all winter.

‘Tis the breed standard in America to have a slopey back end...leading to hip problems galore. Apparently the European/German standard it’s not as pronounced but I don’t follow too closely.

Well. So far so good. Cucumber slices have stayed down and soon I may graduate to goldfish crackers. Still not feeling great though. :/

Dadgum twist I just finished bleeding. No broody bug here!!!

Had to follow hubs in to rent a tractor. He’s off busy leveling off where he wants to move the coop to. Further from the house...hmm. But. Trees. More shade and more run space.

I’d imagine the ruining of the Portuguese Water Dog breed based on the little guy’s win at crufts would be more due to the dog getting popular and the backyard breeders trying to make a quick buck. (Or maybe similar to the German Shepherd how certain traits (slopey bum) became desirable and with that came all sorts of problems)
But I don’t have any experience with PWDs so...I just speculate!
