My Dad used it on us a lot when we were little. His other favorite for colds was Ketchup soup with lots of pepper! I refused to try that but loved chicken noodle. I did learn to like cuke or tomato sandwiches as well.Vick’s has helped a ton. Can’t smell or taste anything but I can breathe a little better. Deeper if it makes sense.

Tomato did me in when I was younger. Can’t even smell it now without getting sick.I love fresh tomatoes now but refused to eat them until i was about 12. Though i liked spaghetti sauce before that.
