Wishing, i have a sinus headache & fluid in my ear. Thats what is causing the dizziness.

Yep, that will do it, so I excuse you from going to the dr!

Stuffy sinuses make my face and upper teeth hurt.

Lemon pepper chicken, mixed veggies(canned), hoecakes & biscuits for supper. Ive lost 5 lbs in last 2 weeks. Going up & down from 193 to 198=overweight for 5'9" old woman.

I used to be 5'9" but think gravity has taken a toll. I need to lose 5 lbs just to get into the overweight category.

Sad too, because I'm sitting on almost all of it. Would be nice to have it a little more evenly distributed, if ya know what I mean.
