They don't play, they measure. I am sure you could find directions online. I think you measure under the breasts around your body, which gives you bra size then around the fullest part of your chest.

Use powder in your bra to absorb moisture, there are other products. Sometimes I use fem wipes then Kleenex, especially on hot days, or I'm sweating from a hot flash,working out, many reasons why we sweat.

With rash at night use diaper cream, or a topical ointment, when you wake wash & dry thoroughly

Not a good day at radiation clinic. Found spot on left lung, a lump by left rib but that could be from peg tube. Tomorrow they'll go in check peg tube,then labs, CT, MRI. Long day for us hubby has lost 10 pounds in less than a month
