I am such a nice guy ........... called Robert and let him know that mass isn't until 8 pm so he doesn't need to come in until about 4 pm. OH it was tempting to not say anything until he got here. I managed to win that battle with Satan.

Yep althought truth be told I am really enjoying this litter (except the first few days) more then I have for a long time.

Yep althought truth be told I am really enjoying this litter (except the first few days) more then I have for a long time.

I love having baby animals around!

There is a whole lot of "paw of deathing" going on in the box. And "tasting' of everything including any part of siblings and their own anatomies.

Sigh. I’ve been half contemplating dog breeds again.

My Sibling is getting a whoodle (seriously, what is with mixing poodles with everything and having doodles around? I mean okay cute breed name but...I think this one is...wh? Wheaten terrier and poodle? I need to google again...)

Flip flopping. Part of me loves the Nova Scotia duck tollers. Part of me knows that coat would be a paaaain down here (long hair...I’ve been spoiled with peach’s short hair in the grooming department. Sure she has the undercoat and sheds floofs, but I don’t have to worry about grooming too much or mats) and they are bird dogs...would have to supervise/have on leash near chickens.

Sigh. Random sleepy discussion. I’m surprised nugget isn’t hollering at me to get me up - it’s 8am and I haven’t released the cluckens yet!!

Duck Tollers shouldn't have trouble with mats and would likely shed a couple times a year unlike short haired dogs that shed every danged day. I had Shelties, loved their coats.
